The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Your ideas will support scalable growth and create efficiencies for the Target Plus merchandising and operations teams.

Join Target's Digital team, as a Marketplace Support & Capability Development Sr. Analyst. In this role, you will lead timely, accurate and professional operational support to internal and external partners. This individual owns day-to-day support, performance and training for business-to-business (B2B) partners that together elevate Target's digital business.

Core responsibilities include:

• Partner service and support
• Partner performance

About you:

• 4-year college degree
• 3-5 years' experience in onboarding, service or support roles in digital, business-to-business (B2B), or other customer/client facing industry
• Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities, and work with speed and accuracy

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
