Who We’re Looking For VML/Passport Brand Designs seeks a Senior Designer – Freelance. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand design, animation, and motion, thrives on collaboration, and adheres to high‑quality standards. You are a visual explorer and perfectionist, driving concepts to the next level with your design skills. What You’ll Do Craft advanced graphic experiences for creative campaigns, including social and other digital media. Collaborate closely with the team to support and fuel ideas, and work with the design team to broaden technical and conceptual skill sets. Support Art Directors and Creative Leads to deliver high‑quality assets across various formats. Who You Are Optimistic and resilient – not afraid to dig in, solve problems, and inspire new thinking. Low on ego – a team mentality that drives success. Curious – staying current with social trends, best practices, and cultural references to inform design. Passionate – love clean, functional design and socially‑driven content creation. Independent – manage and prioritize within timelines, delivering on‑time and expertly crafted designs that meet client equity and standards. What You’ll Need Minimum of 4+ years of experience in design/advertising. Passionate about all things design and able to contribute inspiration to the team and agency. Portfolio showcasing innovative digital concepts and creative solutions. Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Impeccably organized files and file systems. Familiarity with and/or personal use of popular social platforms. Salary: $60 – $75 USD per hour (variable based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications).
