Job Description The following laws or regulations restrict or prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain specified criminal history for the position: FDIC, Safe Act/Loan Originators and FINRA. Responsibilities Obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, Series 66) and maintain required registrations. Acquire, build, and manage client relationships while assessing their complex financial picture. Provide comprehensive advice, deliver client presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with BofA and Merrill solutions. Progress through growth stages: Stage I – foundational skills; Stage II – deepen relationships and grow portfolio. Meet SAFE Act registration and background check requirements; maintain registration to avoid termination. Required Qualifications Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Results‑driven mindset in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
