Financial Solutions Advisor - OC West

Legal Compliance The following laws or regulations restrict or prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain specified criminal history for the position: FDIC; Safe Act; Loan Originators; FINRA. Job Description This position is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Employees are required to register with the SAFE Act and pass the required background check and registration; failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Responsibilities Build a financial plan with brokerage products for clients. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals. Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations. Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If you only hold 63 or 65, the position may be offered with the condition that you pass the missing series within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals. Strong relationship building skills. Effective collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage all clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptive to new information and committed to client solutions. Time‑management skills. Thorough incorporation of relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years of experience in financial services or a sales environment exceeding goals. Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Insurance license(s). Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Skills Advisory Account Management Client Experience Branding Customer and Client Focus Oral Communications Issue Management Client Solutions Advisory Pipeline Management Active Listening Attention to Detail Risk Management Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Client Management Causation Analysis Written Communications Pay and Benefits Pay range: $70,000 – $80,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Incentives may be monthly, quarterly and/or annual, earned based on performance against defined metrics. Benefits: Eligible for industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources and support to make an impact in communities. Hours per week: 40. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
