Job Description This position is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Employees are required to register with the SAFE Act and pass the required background check and registration; failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Responsibilities Build a financial plan with brokerage products for clients. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals. Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations. Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If you only hold 63 or 65, the position may be offered with the condition that you pass the missing series within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals. Strong relationship building skills. Effective collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage all clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptive to new information and committed to client solutions. Time‑management skills. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years of experience in financial services or a sales environment exceeding goals. Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Insurance license(s). Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Formulaic incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Incentives may be monthly, quarterly and/or annual, earned based on performance against defined metrics.
