We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Community Manager to oversee operations for a luxury apartment community and flexible-stay residences. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and team performance

• Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals

• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams

• Ensure excellent resident experiences and community presentation

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational goals

• Oversee make readies, maintenance coordination, and property standards

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in multifamily, hospitality, or property management

• Strong operations, leasing, and financial management experience

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Yardi or related property management software experience preferred
