We help people love the way they look and feel for their most important moments by delivering personalized products and services through our convenient network of stores and e-commerce sites.The Logistics Analyst is responsible for optimizing domestic linehaul and inter-DC transportation performance across the network. This role drives measurable cost savings, service reliability, and network efficiency through advanced analytics, carrier performance management, and cross-functional project leadership.Key AccountabilitiesNetwork & Transportation Optimization:Analyze linehaul & inter-DC freight activity to identify cost reduction & service opportunitiesMonitor cost per mile, routing compliance, and capacity utilizationIdentify lane optimization, consolidation, and routing guide enhancementsEvaluate fuel trends and transportation cost drivers to forecast financial impactDevelop financial models & scenario analyses to support optimization & strategic decision makingPerformance Reporting & Financial Alignment:Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for transportation cost and service performancePartner with Finance to validate accruals, forecasts, and spend reporting accuracyConduct cost/benefit analyses for carrier changes, network adjustments, and operational initiativesProject Leadership & Continuous Improvement:Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on middle-mile efficiency, cost optimization, & serviceFacilitate root cause analysis and gap assessments to resolve recurring service or cost issuesDevelop project charters, timelines, and measurable success metricsTrack and report annual cost impact and performance improvement resultsSkills & Experience3–6+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain AnalyticsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related fieldAdvanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis)Strong financial acumen and understanding of transportation cost driversExperience with transportation systems, 3PLs, or carrier operations preferredExperience with SQL or data visualization tools a plusProven ability to lead cross-functional projects with strong analytical and communication skillsWork Environment, Physical & Mental DemandsAbility to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of timeAbility to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach dailyAble to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionallyMust utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipmentHours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our Houston, TX. corporate office.BenefitsThis role is eligible for healthcare including medical, dental and vision, retirement savings (401k with a company match), income protection programs such as life, accident and disability insurance, paid time off for sick leave, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, and holidays, wellbeing program, commuter, adoption assistance, education assistance, legal services, and employee merchandise discounts.Work-Life BalanceWe understand the demands of work, school, family, and personal responsibilities.
