Creative Strategist

About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving a $100M run rate in less than 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men's health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We are seeking a Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven creative that supports customer acquisition and business growth. You will partner with our Creative, Growth, and Paid Media teams to translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into compelling concepts, briefs, and testing plans. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly creative thinker who enjoys moving quickly, testing new ideas, and using results to continuously improve the work. What You'll Do Develop creative concepts and testing strategies across paid social channels Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, creators, and production partners Analyze creative performance and translate key learnings into new concepts and iterations Partner with Growth and Paid Media to align creative priorities with acquisition goals Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, hooks, formats, audiences, and offers Research customer insights, competitive creative, platform trends, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities Manage creative timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets Must-Have Requirements 2-4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related role at a DTC brand or agency Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices Experience using performance data and customer insights to inform creative strategy Strong visual and narrative judgment across short-form video, static, UGC, and other paid social formats Experience writing briefs and providing clear, actionable feedback to creative partners Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack Life at Mars Men Competitive Compensation - We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talent Remote Work Environment - Our team is remote, offering full flexibility to work from home Autonomy & Ownership - You'll have the freedom to run your own systems and make real impact Time Off - 15 PTO days per year (prorated), 9 company holidays, plus your birthday off Parental Leave - Generous paid parental leave for growing families Health Benefits - 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision plans, with 25% coverage for dependents 401(k) - Company-sponsored plan with a 2% match through Guideline (elective participation) $200 Annual Superpower Membership Growth & Development - We invest in your professional development with ongoing learning opportunities We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
