LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing corporation in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a full-time Recruiter. $34.00-$38.00 per hour depending on prior experience. Must be local to apply as this is an onsite position, hybrid potential after training.
Seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across multiple departments. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with recruiting insights and recommendations.
• Extend verbal offers and facilitate negotiations regarding compensation and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate quality, interview-to-offer ratios, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of recent recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, for labor or skilled trade is required.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and professional networks.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience utilizing ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have prior onboarding experience to qualify.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
