As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices within the Talent Management Recruiting department. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, networking, and managing candidates through every stage of the hiring process. In this role, you will serve as essential personnel and often the first point of contact for potential employees.
This is a highly visible, on-site position that works in partnership with our enterprise leaders to help grow our amazing company!
Database management
Handle confidential material and information
Coordinate travel
Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
Assist in college recruiting events
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Proven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.
- Travel to events and college fairs when needed
