Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of five built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. I came into agency ownership with prior experience in the insurance industry, which continues to shape how we serve our clients. Im married with children and hold a college degree, and I value creating a stable, supportive environment both personally and professionally. We stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Thousand Oaks Westlake Chamber of Commerce and through local outreach efforts. For our team, we offer a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is fun, productive, and team-oriented. Were looking for someone who is motivated, positive, and enjoys working with otherssomeone who wants to contribute to a strong team while continuing to grow in their career. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Hore - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
