Job Title: Customer Analytics and Experience Analyst Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States Travel Required: up to 10% of time Posting Start Date: 06/23/26 Hybrid work arrangement Job Summary The Customer Experience Analyst provides analytical and operational support focused on Customer Engagement and Demand Planning for all retail environment accounts related to vendor compliance, logistics deductions, and load weight optimization. This collaborative role aims to reduce, minimise, and prevent customer fines and defects related to fill rate, on‑time delivery, shortages, damages, and quality standards set by each customer. The Analyst analyzes internal and customer data to provide key insights and develops action plans to enhance planning accuracy, address cost drivers, and work with cross‑functional partners to ensure continuous improvement in compliance with internal efficiency programs and customers vendor programs. Responsibilities Observe and interpret trends from key performance indicators to inform strategic and operational decisions, providing target recommendations. Conduct in‑depth analyses regularly to identify key cost drivers and inefficiencies, generating actionable insights and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to influence decision making. Analyze and assess historical trends and activities to support accurate forecasting and planning, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities. Assist in development and implementation of prescriptive and predictive analytical models to enhance accuracy, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for proactive measures. Collaborate with the reporting team that handles data visualization and reporting tasks to ensure insights are effectively communicated and utilised. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 0–2 years experience in Supply Chain with an understanding of supply chain principles including replenishment, ordering, and related customer service functions, or logistics operational knowledge. Hands‑on experience with customer data or Google Sheets. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good organisational skills and structured work. Passion for continuous improvement. Experience with DOMO or Sigma. Knowledge of SAP systems including R/3 and APO. Familiarity with Python. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $107,500.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.
