This hands-on role combines leadership responsibilities with advanced troubleshooting and end-user support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based technologies. Responsibilities Lead and support desktop technicians, providing guidance and technical mentorship Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint management issues Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, VPN connectivity, and Azure environments Manage desktop-related projects and technology deployments Provide AV and conference room support, including Microsoft Teams meetings and presentation technology Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and ticket records Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges Qualifications Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience CompTIA A+ certification required 5+ years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure Experience supporting audiovisual and collaboration technologies Proven ability to mentor team members and handle escalated technical issues
