If you're looking for stability, great pay, and growth in a supportive environment, we want to meet you.Pay & Benefits:$28.00-$41.50/hr based on experienceShift differentials available $1.50 for 2nd & 3rd401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off – vacation + sick time$1,000 employee referral bonusLeadership development and technical training opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsUse lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair partsFollow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standardsKeep records of work completed and issues identifiedCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsWhat You Bring:1-3 years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabricationAbility to read schematics and manualsMust be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbsBasic computer and troubleshooting skillsWork Schedule & Environment:Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability)May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week)Work is performed in a fast-paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditionsShift Options Available: 2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM 3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AMApply today and bring your skills to a company that feels like family!
