About the Role Abby Pet Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian in Fresno, CA. Our hybrid facility offers GP/UC/ER services supported by an 11‑doctor team. We recently renovated an 8,000‑SF facility and provide state‑of‑the‑art equipment and technology in a fast‑paced environment. We prioritize work‑life balance and offer a customized schedule. What We’re Looking For GP doctors who want to add Urgent Care Cases within a collaborative environment. ER doctors seeking to avoid overnight/swing shifts. Candidates who desire a customized work week. What We Offer Generous base salary ranging from $120,000–$170,000 based on experience. Sign‑on or relocation bonus for doctors relocating to join the practice. Strong benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision. Paid vacation and sick days, yearly CE allowance. 401(k) with employer match. 100% liability coverage with defense. Flexible schedule: one Saturday a month, no Sundays. Our Hospital and Team Digital x‑rays (including dental), 2 dental tables. In‑house labs and reference labs. Ultrasound and other advanced imaging. 8 exam rooms, 2 surgery suites. Break room and patio for relaxation. Skilled, collaborative team with many RVTs. AVimark electronic records system.
