Extrusion Saw Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Overtime & Saturdays as Needed
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Additional Earnings: Overtime, monthly gas bonus, attendance/safety bonuses, and year-end bonus opportunities

We are currently hiring an Extrusion Saw Operator for our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, working in a fast-paced production environment, and being part of a team focused on safety and quality.

• Operate extrusion saw equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently
• Read production schedules, work orders, and customer orders
• Cut, move, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility
• Assemble and stage customer orders for shipment
• Label and identify materials accurately
• Retrieve and transport materials between production and storage areas
• Sort and store materials according to product specifications
• Safely load and unload materials in restricted spaces
• Use tape measures, calipers, decimals, fractions, and other basic math skills during production processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3–6 months of related manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance

• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using applications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment around moving machinery
• Must be able to wear required PPE and safety equipment
