Construction Closeout Project Administrator
TekCom Resources
TekCom Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Construction Superintendent during closeout. You will manage punchlists, organize warranties, manuals, as-builts, and certificates, and ensure documentation is complete and on schedule. You will coordinate with subcontractors to collect documents, track progress, and maintain logs.
