• Certifications: BLS, CNOR required; valid MD or Compact RN license needed.
• Experience: 2 years of recent OR RN experience, including charge nurse experience and patient ratio management.
• Charting System Experience: Epic
• Previous Community Hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I, or Level II experience preferred.
• Schedule requires weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts, with the possibility of floating within scope.
• Submission requires compliance with onboarding labs within 72 hours, and all documentation must be completed 5 days prior to start.
