Job Summary:
Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) Baltimore, MD. This role involves providing specialized inpatient care to neonatal and pediatric patients within a dedicated pediatric floor. The position requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, with a focus on caring for infants and children with various diagnoses, including prematurity, cardiac defects, feeding issues, and more.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Maryland or Compact state RN license, BLS, CPI; 2 years of experience, experience with pediatric patients, trach/vent management, and working in a pediatric Med/Surg or step-down unit.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience charting in Meditech, trauma level I or II experience, community hospital experience, previous charge nurse experience, NRP certification.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be comfortable floating within scope as needed. Holidays are required as scheduled, and every other weekend work is expected. Onboarding requires labs within 72 hours of contract start, with compliance documentation due 5 days prior to start date.
