Oak Ridge Center is a privately owned Mental Health Clinic. Our mission is to provide exceptional client services and maintain the best possible work environment for our staff and providers.

We are seeking a full-time, skilled, and highly motivated administrative professional to assume a role as our front desk receptionist.

Candidates should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional multi-tasking ability, and strong attention to detail. Needs to be a solid team player with a positive "can do" attitude, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Answering phones, faxing, scanning, and taking messages for the providers
• Checking in patients and scheduling appointments
• Collecting patient co-pays and balances
• Assist billing department with insurance verification, posting payments, and updating patient info in EHR, as well as backing up the billing person when out of the office.
• Maintaining a clean and neat working environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Must have experience in the following:

• 2+ years of healthcare, mental health a plus
• Front desk/reception
• Basic computer skills and experience using Electronic Health Record
• Ability to prioritize and organize
