Digital Marketing Manager

Ми шукаємо досвідченого SMM-спеціаліста з фокусом на платні кампанії та стратегічний підхід до проєктів. Якщо ви вмієте працювати з B2B та B2C-аудиторією, керувати командою та знаєте, як перетворити складні індустрії у зрозумілий і ефективний контент — будемо раді співпраці! Обов’язки: Розробка і впровадження SMM-стратегій для B2B і B2C проєктів (LinkedIn) Вміння працювати з командою: таргетолог, копірайтер, дизайнер Планування і запуск платних кампаній: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Ведення контент-планів, контроль якості постів, адаптація меседжів під аудиторію Аналітика кампаній, оптимізація, звітність для клієнтів Комунікація з клієнтами: листування, дзвінки, презентація результатів Очікування від кандидата: Досвід у digital marketing з фокусом на SMM та платні кампанії Обов’язково: досвід у непростих індустріях - логістика, медицина, освіта, B2B Вміння працювати з рекламними кабінетами Meta / LinkedIn / Google Upper-Intermediate англійська - для листування, дзвінків, клієнтських презентацій Досвід управління командою або крос-функціональною співпрацею Відчуття структури, вміння планувати й системно підходити до проєктів Плюсом буде: Досвід роботи в агентстві Досвід роботи з email-маркетингом Вміння адаптувати складні теми у простий, влучний контент Ми пропонуємо: Віддалену роботу з гнучким графіком Доступ до класних проєктів, де справді можна реалізовувати ідеї Команду з якою приємно працювати та якій важливий результат Проекти, які цінують системність і стратегічне мислення #J-18808-Ljbffr TSMG
