No recruiting or technology experience is required. We'll teach you the business, provide hands-on training, and help you build the skills you need to succeed.

You'll make a lot of calls, hear "no" more often than "yes," juggle competing priorities, and have days when nothing seems to go your way. Success requires persistence, discipline, accountability, and a willingness to keep pushing.

What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit technology professionals using LinkedIn, recruiting databases, and other resources.
• Contact, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities.
• Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Learn about technologies, industries, and the specialized skills our clients need.
• Manage multiple recruiting activities while working toward measurable goals.
• Work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers to make successful placements.
