Oncology Sales Specialist

Responsibilities: Master product clinical knowledge and articulate the value proposition of Avutometinib and Defactinib Meet business objectives compliantly Maintain clinical and oncology marketplace knowledge Develop and maintain thorough understanding of assigned accounts and key customers and their perceptions Use approved resources to educate stakeholders on product benefits, safety, and side effect management Collaborate with stakeholders to support the patient journey Execute short- and long-term account plans using knowledge of complex account interdependencies Create business plans aligned to brand strategy and allocate promotional resources efficiently and compliantly Analyze business/products/technical issues and changing market landscape Ask strategic questions to identify oncology customer needs and influence beyond geography/product Participate in products/skills/corporate training Build patient-focused relationships with HCPs and key opinion leaders Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders Pull-through demand generation efforts with prescribers Identify/analyze trends in a complex buying environment (drug distribution channels, Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies) Provide staff support at exhibit booths/displays Adhere to company compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures Qualifications: BA/BS degree required 10+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales required 5+ years oncology and/or rare disease experience required GYN/Oncology experience preferred Oral drug experience preferred Ability to travel ~50% (overnight/weekends) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong cross-functional collaboration Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations, trainings) Passionate, self-motivated; valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of geography and customer base Experience launching new products/indications Geographical account experience and strong relationships Oncology experience in gyn onc/ovarian space #J-18808-Ljbffr
