This role is at the center of the business, coordinating technicians, customers, schedules, and priorities throughout the day to keep everything running efficiently. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate service technicians throughout the day Manage schedules, appointments, and changing priorities Communicate with technicians and customers regarding timing and updates Review job information and ensure technicians are prepared for each call Monitor technician progress and help maximize daily productivity Coordinate emergency and same-day service requests Work closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams Identify scheduling issues and solve problems quickly Who We’re Looking For Highly organized and able to think quickly Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable Dispatching, customer service, logistics, or operations experience is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and team coordination while playing a key role inside a rapidly growing company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
