We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships for a leading provider of temporary HVAC, power generation, air-quality, and climate-control solutions .


This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that keep commercial and industrial operations running.


What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a territory through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building .
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, contractors, property managers, event professionals, and commercial/industrial customers .
• Identify opportunities for temporary air conditioning, generators, cooling towers, spot coolers, and air-filtration equipment .
• Conduct customer visits, assess needs, prepare solutions, and follow opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while consistently developing new business within the territory.
• Partner with internal operations and service teams to ensure customers receive the right equipment and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales or outside sales experience ; experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, equipment rental, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and business-development skills with a hunter mentality .
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Comfortable working with contractors, facility managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
