Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Develops manufacturing processes for industrial plants. By optimizing efficiency, it analyses equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Identify the components and necessary tools required to accomplish manufacturing objectives based on product specifications. A bachelor's degree in engineering, along with 0-2 years of relevant work experience, may be required. Has familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a specific area. Utilizes instructions and per-defined guidelines to execute job duties. Reports directly to supervision. Exercising independent judgment is not usually a primary function requirement. Usually, reporting is done to a supervisor or manager.
Familiar with PLCs, DCS, and HMI systems.
Mechanical Engineering experience.
Chemical Engineering experience.
Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work.
Good knowledge of the mechanical industry.
Cause identification/FMEA experience.
Working knowledge of SAP/HOS.
CAD system proficiency.
Extensive experience in facilities management or manufacturing.
