Our customer is well established and is looking for manufacturing engineer and overall be a subject matter expert to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone strong with process improvement, problem solving, leadership and customer interaction. This person will optimize current wire harness processes as well as implement any updates the plant/processes need.
The ideal candidate will love working with people, training operators as well as working with customers. They'll be a strong problem solver and project manager and have an eye for optimization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, a team player, and likes the feel of a small company. They offer full benefits and competitive pay.
