An established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to join their Newport News, VA office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of private family law litigation experience.

• Familiarity with Virginia's 9th Judicial Circuit (York County, Williamsburg, Gloucester).

• Skilled in preparing proffers, pleadings, and discovery.

• Ability to work full-time onsite.

• Proficient with Clio, Excel, Outlook, and Lexis.
