Investment Analyst

Assist clients in obtaining financing for multifamily projects through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA lending programs Provide in-depth analysis of real estate debt transactions across multiple capital sources Conduct market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, and borrower credit review Prepare loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis Gain exposure to the entire loan process from origination to closing Interact with senior management, originators, deal managers, borrowers, brokers, and correspondents Provide analytical support to senior team members on ad-hoc assignments and long-term projects Requirements Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate business, real estate, or related program Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding attention to detail Can-do, proactive attitude Concentration/major in Finance and/or Real Estate preferred 1-3 years of prior experience in FHA, Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily lending and/or multifamily real estate preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in multifamily financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs, with strong analytical skills in financial modeling, property valuation, and market research.
