Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager는 Pleos App Market 생태계 강화를 위해 핵심 파트너십을 발굴, 구축 및 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development
앱 개발사 및 콘텐츠 제공업체를 발굴, 평가, 확보하여 App Market의 콘텐츠 및 서비스 포트폴리오를 확장합니다.
Strategic Alignment
파트너십이 Pleos App Market의 글로벌 비전과 일관성을 유지하면서, 각 지역 시장의 요구사항에 부합하도록 관리합니다.
Negotiation & Agreements
계약 협상을 주도하고, 비즈니스 조건을 정의하며, 상호 성장을 촉진하는 협력 모델을 설계 및 체결합니다.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
제품, 상업 운영, GTM 팀 등과 협력하여 파트너 솔루션의 기술 및 비즈니스 통합을 지원하고 성공적인 시장 출시를 추진합니다.
Relationship Management
주요 파트너사와의 신뢰 기반의 장기적 관계를 구축과 유지하며, 전략적 계정의 핵심 창구 역할을 수행합니다.
Innovation & Ecosystem Growth
신규 카테고리 및 서비스 트렌드를 발굴하고, Pleos App Market의 가치 제안을 강화합니다.
Performance Monitoring
파트너십 성과를 KPI 기준으로 모니터링하고, 분석을 통해 최적화 방향과 개선 전략을 제시합니다.
Qualifications
전략적 파트너십 또는 사업 개발 관련 5년 이상 경력
콘텐츠, 앱, 또는 디지털 플랫폼 생태계 내 파트너십 경험
계약 협상 및 비즈니스 모델 설계 경험
글로벌 파트너 및 외부 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 능력
플랫폼 비즈니스 및 디지털 서비스 구조에 대한 이해
영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (비즈니스 수준)
Preferred Qualifications
글로벌 파트너십 운영 경험
음악, 엔터테인먼트, 자동차, 모빌리티, 또는 앱/콘텐츠 관련 산업 경험
협업툴 및 데이터 기반 분석 역량
