Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive sales growth across a Texas and Louisiana territory. The role involves establishing physician relationships, managing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives within oncology diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plan to meet sales objectives
• Build and maintain key opinion leader relationships with cancer centers and clinics
• Acquire new accounts and expand existing customer base while managing revenue
• Implement laboratory services agreements and cross-functional sales initiatives
• Maintain product, market, and competitor knowledge to support consultative selling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience
• Background in oncology or diagnostic sales preferred
• Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
• Demonstrated leadership and financial management capabilities
• Travel availability up to 50-75% within assigned territory
• Strong clinical and medical expertise in oncology
