Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support oncology account growth, patient retention, and test adherence in the Tyler, Texas territory. The role combines account management, clinical workflow optimization, and customer relationship building to drive unit volume and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customer accounts alongside assigned clinical oncology specialist
• Monitor patient testing patterns to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed test cadence
• Identify workflow improvements and address gaps in internal systems and processes
• Educate medical professionals on Natera oncology products, tools, and order management resources
• Track and report key performance indicators related to patient retention and order fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, nursing background, or 2+ years sales experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with strategic and tactical execution ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail; data spreadsheet fluency
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to internal and external audiences
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units
