From hospitals and schools to community spaces and government facilities across the Southeast, we bring decades of experience, trusted partnerships, and the horsepower to get the job done right.The Project Manager, Healthcare Commercial Construction is responsible for leading assigned healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CPPI's quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving collaboration and resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle.The Project Manager ensures compliance with contract requirements, building codes, and applicable AHCA regulations while delivering an exceptional client experience. Healthcare construction experience is required, and experience managing AHCA-regulated projects is strongly preferred.Compensation and benefits include competitive compensation aligned with experience, generous paid vacation and holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability plans, and growth opportunities.Minimum requirements include being authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship, having a valid driver's license, a bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university, 5 years as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction project management, experience with healthcare commercial construction with AHCA preferred, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, ability to manage a team of employees and multiple projects, experience in compiling and following strict budgets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate and precise attention to detail, goal-oriented and organized leadership, ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions, in-depth understanding of the construction industry, self-motivated and self-directed, and computer skills proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and experience with Project Management software preferred.Job responsibilities include developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations, building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, managing contractual documentation, including contracts, schedules, pay applications, and change orders, coordinating project teams and facilitating communication among all stakeholders, proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on track, overseeing timely review and approval of submittals while identifying and managing long-lead items, managing the project closeout process, ensuring completion in an organized and timely manner, reviewing and processing owner and subcontractor change orders efficiently, leading project meetings, reviewing meeting minutes for accuracy, and ensuring action items are resolved, preparing and executing subcontract agreements and owner contracts in a timely manner, supporting project staff and superintendents through ongoing coordination and collaboration, monitoring project schedules and implementing corrective actions as needed, overseeing quality control program implementation and compliance, coordinating warranty efforts and managing post-occupancy issues, reviewing and approving subcontractor and vendor invoices, including certified payroll requirements when applicable, managing ODP and LEED program requirements, when applicable, supporting senior management with preconstruction services and project delivery efforts, preparing owner payment applications and monitoring payment processes, managing permitting processes and maintaining required insurance and bonding documentation, following CPPI policies, procedures, best practices, and required project documentation standards, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, promoting a safe work environment and promptly reporting safety concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded throughout project delivery.CPPI is an Equal Opportunity Employer; we encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
