- Provide comprehensive patient care in ICU and ER units, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Hold an active New Jersey RN license.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
- Have at least 2 years of ER experience, illustrating versatility.
- Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Be comfortable working in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
