We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of community events. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with event setup and takedown as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience or experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
