Northeast OBGYN Opportunity Focused on Balance, Support, and Stability
\nJoin a physician-friendly Northeast hospital recognized for compassionate care and long-term provider stability
\n \nPractice Highlights

- Work-Life Balance Focused - 3 to 4-day workweek with dedicated OR time and 1-2 days fully off from clinic and call responsibilities \n
- Balanced practice averaging just 12-14 patients per day with approximately 250 deliveries annually \n
- Shared Call Structure - Nurse Midwives take primary Birth Center call and manage uncomplicated deliveries, creating a highly supported environment \n
Compensation & Benefits

- $350,000 guaranteed base salary \n

Qualifications

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine \n
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians \n
- J1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available \n
