Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Home health experience required. Experience with OASIS assessments required. Experience using home care documentation software preferred. HCHB experience preferred. Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and document according to facility, payer, and regulatory requirements. Experience supervising PT assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift: Days. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Job Type: Travel contract. County coverage area includes Monongalia, Preston, Wetzel, Tucker, and Grant counties. No on-call or weekend requirements.
