Job Overview Job Details: Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369. Salary: $19.23 per hour base; commission up to $700/month and unlimited 4% commission on fees. What You’ll Do As a Collection Service Representative, you will contact clients’ customers to find solutions on accounts in arrears, identify potential credits or disputes, and follow up regularly to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Primary Job Duties Meet or exceed collection and revenue goals to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Work assigned accounts efficiently, meeting productivity and activity goals. Provide excellent service and communication; engage customers in a positive, collaborative manner with professional tone, greetings, and closings. Accurately update the proprietary collection system, reflecting customer interactions and updating contacts. Follow all client‑specific account handling instructions, skip tracing, quality assurance, and manager procedures; anticipate client concerns through active listening. Secondary Job Duties Continuously seek to improve business knowledge, quality scores, and metrics such as call volume and accounts worked daily. Engage in client contact limited to questions and answers about specific files or claims via phone or email. Expand knowledge of diverse business cultures and practices to improve collection rates and recommendations. Handle small, medium, or large claims based on client‑specific dollar limits. Maintain organized electronic file storage of documents and emails. Interface with client‑facing departments to identify and meet client needs. Support new hires and colleagues by assisting with training or other questions. Respond to written correspondence from customers and clients with clear, concise, professional language. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance company performance. Exercise independent judgment in all aspects of the collection process, analyze and recommend settlements and payment plans. Seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas. Foster effective communication and collaboration across countries and cultures within all regions. Assist in operational project work as required. Act as backup to other operational department members. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Other Responsibilities This position will perform other duties as requested. No travel required.
