Bilingual Legal Assistant - Pre-Litigation (Spanish/English) At Williams Caputo Injury Lawyers, we believe in doing things differently. This is a full-time, in-office pre-litigation legal assistant role for someone with 1+ years of legal experience who is ready to take on real client and casework. As a bilingual member of our team, you will be a key connection point for our Spanish-speaking clients, help move cases forward, stay in close contact with clients, and work alongside attorneys and staff who will help you sharpen your skills. What You'll Do: Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and providers by phone and in writing Draft letters of representation and routine case correspondence Set up and organize new claims and case files Check in with clients on their treatment and keep cases progressing Order and follow up on medical records, bills, and reports Make outgoing calls to confirm case information and update clients Manage client documents and correspondence accurately and on deadline Support intake and front office coverage as needed Help us maintain a caring, responsive, and professional environment What We're Looking For: Bilingual in Spanish and English, REQUIRED At least one year of legal experience, ideally in personal injury or pre-litigation An associate or bachelor's degree, or relevant professional certification in a legal or administrative field Comfort learning case management software (experience with Filevine or Lead Docket is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation A self-starter who solves problems and follows through Positive, team-oriented mindset This is an in-office position at our headquarters in Austin, TX Why Work With Us: At Williams Caputo Injury Lawyers, we believe the best client results come from a team that feels supported, valued, and excited to come to work.
