RN - MS Tele Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current and valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. Description:Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required.Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months is required.Address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility.Driver's license must be included with submission.No more than 5 days of request time off will be accepted.RN with Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience is essential.Patient ratio experience required: 1:4.First-timers are accepted.Charting experience using an Epic system is necessary.Floating to other areas may be required as needed.Local candidates are not eligible to apply.Candidates must be willing to float to other facilities if necessary.No license hits will be tolerated.Previous charge experience is preferred.Submittals must include two supervisory references.Candidates must have a minimum of one year of separation from previous employment with us to be eligible for submission.A billable time for modules and non-billable for clinical hours is expected.All modules are completed during orientation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
