Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. A leading F500 consumer packaged goods company seeks a passionate Engineering Manager to spearhead critical capital projects at our Mount Vernon, IL facility.

Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary teams across diverse capital projects, driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and more.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope and forecasting costs to planning timelines.
Leverage your technical expertise (BS engineering preferred) to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (BS engineering preferred).
6+ years of manufacturing experience, with experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects a plus.
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Food / Beverage experience is a plus.
