Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. A leading F500 consumer packaged goods company seeks a passionate Engineering Manager to spearhead critical capital projects at our Mount Vernon, IL facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across diverse capital projects, driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and more.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope and forecasting costs to planning timelines.
  • Leverage your technical expertise (BS engineering preferred) to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (BS engineering preferred).
  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience, with experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects a plus.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Food / Beverage experience is a plus.
