• Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM 8:00 AM onsite; Full weekend coverage 7:00 AM 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM onsite
• Hours/week: 40+
• Employment Type: Contract / Travel
• License/Certs: valid NP license in MA, BLS, PALS (preferred)
• Experience: At least 2 years in Neonatal or Critical Care settings

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application; note this is a placeholder)

What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal or critical care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Exhibit expertise in implementing best practices and protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Support and mentor nursing staff and trainees
• Ensure compliance with hospital and legal standards
• Assist in patient assessments and develop care plans

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of Neonatal or Critical Care experience
• Certification in BLS and PALS (preferred)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases efficiently
