Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Excellent communication skills for engaging virtually with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and adaptive technology
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and support students with a range of exceptionalities in a remote classroom environment
- Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs to ensure students' educational goals are met
- Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and staff to provide a unified support system
- Accurately assess student progress and make data-driven decisions for instructional approaches
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning space through online tools and strategies
- Communicate regularly with families and guardians to build strong support networks
