Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid: Tue/Wed/Thu Onsite)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Join the Digital Innovation Team as a Senior Product/Business Analyst to shape the future of air travel. You will be at the heart of digital experiences, working on customer-facing mobile and desktop platforms to deliver cutting-edge features through iterative Agile delivery.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for development and QA teams.
Manage and groom the story backlog to ensure sprint readiness and continuous value delivery.
Facilitate Agile rituals including inceptions, iteration kickoffs, and story estimation sessions.
Collaborate with UX analysts, Developers, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and design alignment.
Analyze data to align product features with business goals and present updates to leadership.
Define clear, actionable acceptance criteria and identify process improvement opportunities.
