Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping products Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss or damage Manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores Analyze data and provide reports to upper management regarding warehouse productivity and efficiency Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and safety Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within the company If you are a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart .
