As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative , you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to help customers protect what matters most. What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with policy changes.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage for their needs.
• Recommend additional products and services that provide value and protection to customers.
• Generate new business through referrals, follow-up, and outbound prospecting.
• Meet individual sales, retention, and customer service goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers throughout the claims process by providing support and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
• Work closely with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
