Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
2. Quality Assurance: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety, performing regular quality checks on finished products.
3. Packaging and Palletizing: Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing of food products.
4. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
6. Safety: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
7. Other Duties: Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; individuals of all experience levels are welcome.
• Ability to work the evening shift from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
