What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Monitor and support critically ill infants, including ventilated and high-acuity cases
• Administer medications, IVs, and high-alert treatments accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Document patient progress and interventions using Epic electronic health records
• Assist with family education and support during critical care situations

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years NICU experience, including ventilators, central lines, and high-alert medication management
• Epic experience
• Certifications: NRP, BLS, STABLE

• Experience in a Level III NICU
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
