THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Reports to Senior Manager of Engineer 1 Direct Report Serve as the technical leader for critical manufacturing and operational processes, driving standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. Develop and implement enterprise-wide best practices that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and long-term operational performance. Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging technologies, automation solutions, and advanced manufacturing methods. Analyze complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process capability. Establish performance measurement frameworks and key operating metrics to support data-driven decision-making and alignment across locations. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering and operations teams, serving as a trusted resource for process improvement and strategic initiatives.
