Registered Nurse - Outpatient

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Outpatient Clinic RNs in Pinon, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. (Patient ages range from pediatrics to geriatrics)
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, recognizing changes in condition and promptly escalating concerns.
• Obtain histories, vital signs, and nursing assessments
• Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and treatments
• Start IVs and assist with infusion services
• Perform patient education and health counseling
• Manage telephone triage and patient questions
• Assist providers during clinic visits and procedures
• Monitor chronic disease patients and preventive care needs

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License - Any state license accepted
• Minimum 3 years RN experience and/or 1 year Emergency department experience within past 12 months
• BLS - American Heart Association
• ACLS - American Heart Association
• ATLC - Advanced Trauma Life Support - preferred
