General Production Worker - 1st Shift

1st Shift Production Worker We are seeking dedicated full-time Production Associates to join our expanding team. Responsibilities: Comfortably work with a tape measure throughout 8-10 hour shifts. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ensure safety and quality are prioritized daily. Participate in mentorship programs to facilitate training and integration into the production floor. Assist in achieving department production goals. Read and understand shop details and job instructions. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent working relationships. Essential Skills: Mechanical inclination. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to work comfortably with a tape measure. Work Environment: Our work environment focuses on wood processing and manufacturing operations, occasionally exposing employees to outside weather conditions. Most work is conducted in non-climate controlled environments, and we have several production buildings with potential for expansion. Our facility includes various departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and Fabrication, along with warehouses for shipping and material storage. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr.
